We are nice, straightforward and friendly people with a good sense of humour, and are all the more pleased to welcome equally nice people to our home in Trins in Tyrol. The breath-taking natural surroundings around us are reason enough for a visit.

At the Hohe Burg, regionality and sustainability are writ large. For host Christian Salchner, working in harmony with nature is particularly important. For the preparation of our delicious dishes, we use regional products from sustainable production and work closely with local producers. By means of photovoltaics, a proportion of the electricity consumption in the Hohe Burg is generated from our own production.
